THE VADNAIS FAMILY REUNION

Hello Everyone!

This year, the family reunion will take place in the beautiful city of Québec. As you may already know, this year Québec celebrates its 400th founding anniversary. Come discover the birth of Québec, its beginning and its history.

We will stay at Hôtel Classique, located 10 minutes away from the Old-Québec. Friday, after a delicious buffet and the usual presentations, we will spend a memorable night together.

On Saturday morning, we will have a 2 hours bus tour of the city, accompanied by a guide. The bus will leave us in the Old-Québec for lunch at the restaurant: Les Voûtes du Cavour. In the afternoon, you will be free to visit or shop in the Old-Québec, either alone or in small groups. The return to the hotel will be on your own (taxi, city bus). A succulent dinner will be served at 6:00pm. Sunday morning, we will have a brunch before we leave.

You have the choice between two packages (see below for description):
For Package 1, you must reserve your room directly with Hôtel Classique and send us the reply coupon with your cheque.
For Package 2, you only have to send us the reply coupon with your cheque.

As Cécile and I are responsible for the food, meeting room and bus tour, please forward your check payable to: Cécile Vadnais (see reverse for address). Please, give us the first and last names of all guests, so we can provide you with names tags. We would like you to send us with your reply coupon a picture (or a photocopy of one) of you as a baby or a child, it is for an amusing game.

You have to reserve before July 15th, 2008.
