A WORD FROM LAURIER VADNAIS

I would like to testify my deep gratitude to the persons who have so generously contributed to my researches and also have provided documents for my website.

They are :

  • Lucette Bibeault (lucette@boisfrancs.qc.ca), from the Bois-Francs region, that has provided me with documents and several names.
You can see her website : Généalogie des Bibeau (in french).

  • Betty Vadner Haas, from Ohio, that has given me several hundred names.

  • Jeanette Kelly (goatctrl@bellsouth.net), from New Orleans, for documents about the Laporte and the Mousseau.

  • Al Dahlquist (MiniFroggy@aol.com), from Little Canada, Minnesota. Mr Dahlquist has already written a book on the Vadnais surname. He has given me some documents and thousands of names coming from his huge genealogical database.

  • Hermance Vadnais, from St. Nazaire. Many thanks to my cousin for the numerous reasearches she had done for me in the public records of St. Nazaire and St. Theodore.

And for contributing with their genealogical data:

  • Diane Lapalme
  • Bruce Musson
  • Yvette Salvail
  • Lucien Beauchemin
